Jayda teaches multiple styles of yoga with classes usually ranging from 6o minutes to 75 minutes. Her group and private yoga classes are sustainable for all levels and can be customized to cater everyone’s needs. Jayda’s yoga philosophy focuses on going inward, activating your intuition through intentional breathing, and somatic movement. Jayda believes that yoga is a powerful too that helps us activate into our parasympathetic nervous system in order to dive deeper into who we really are and the power of our sacred hearts.

Yoga Classes

Gentle Yoga

Jayda’s gentle yoga classes are suitable for all levels. This class focuses on connecting to the power of breath (pranayama) and developing a deeper mind-body connection. This class is structured to be slow and intentional, inviting you practice ease-fulness while coming into tradition and modified asanas (postures). Slowing down is sometimes the hardest step we can take.

Practice cultivating grace towards yourself and others.

This class is beginner friendly and perfect for those looking to tap deeper into the power of grace and the strength fond by treading lightly. Gentle Yoga with Jayda is provides the perfect opportunity to connect with your heart in a tender and profound way.

Hatha Inspired Yoga

Hatha Inspired Yoga Class combines the ancient Hatha yoga tradition with Jayda’s unique and creatively cultivated yoga style. This class is catered towards people who have taken a yoga class before and are looking to become more comfortable with somatic and intuitive expression.

This class is perfect for those looking to honor the strength found within all of us by building heat through steady and powerful movement. This Hatha inspired flow holds asanas (postures) longer than a traditional vinyasa flow and allows students to connect deeper to the sacred sensations of our bodies, while maintaining a strong relationship with your breath.

Jayda’s Hatha Inspired Flow is her favorite to teach and concludes with deep stretching, breath-work, and a guided meditation during savasana.

Vinyasa Inspired Yoga

This class adds additional intensity compared to Jayda’s Hatha Inspired flow and is designed to be faster pace with impactful heat-building sequences. Allow Jayda to lead you through a class that curates a sense of release though cultivating a nice detoxifying sweat while taping into the freedom of surrendering into an activating and invigorating flow.

This is a high-energy class featuring upbeat and inspiring music that encourages you to have fun and find joy in this challenging but rewarding flow. Jayda invites you to see just how powerful you already are.

Experience the bliss that is found right on the other side of this flow, that concludes dynamic stretches and a well deserved savasana.

Yin Yoga Class

Jayda’s Yin Yoga classes are perfect for those looking to slow down and go inward. This is a slow-moving but deep yin practice. This class is a very slow and mindful class, structured to only include a few postures. This small amount of movement allows you to sink deeper towards your bodies sensations without holding back, while providing you an opportunity go deeper.

Yin Yoga is about using the power of pause in order to clear your mind while stretching the body and lengthening the breath.

This candle lit class is usually hosted in the evenings and provides a safe space for you to release all of what no longer serves you and is highly recommended for all.

General Yoga Class Formatting:

Each class will begin with an opening guided meditation or sound bowl journey to help ground students into their practice, while setting an intention to help you explore your intuition and the sacred sensations of your body. The class will continue, allowing students to activate their intuition through an opening sequence and a combination of curated structured and organic movement before settling into savasana. Each class includes adjustments, third eye massages and aromatherapy.

Meditation

Guided Meditation

Jayda believes that meditation is one of the most powerful ways we can connect to the divine love and beauty that is found within us all. Her formal education has allowed her to study and practice meditation with leading professors in Eastern Religions and Tibetan Buddhism, where she has cultivated a deep respect and appreciation for the history and practice of meditation that is cross cultural. Have you tried meditation but struggled to quiet your mind? Allow Jayda to help you reconnect to your inner landscape through her intuitive-led guided meditations.

Each session will begin with grounding into your body through breathing techniques coupled with somatic release to allow a more easeful transition into stillness. Jayda will take you an a supported journey inward as she help you cultivate your own independent meditation practice.

Sound Healing Meditation

The vibrational frequency of sound has been used cross-culturally for millennia. When the potency of sound waves is used intentionally, powerful breakthroughs can occur. Jayda's crystal sound bowl collection, made with the purest source of quartz crystal in the Untied States, allows her to create custom, one of a kind experiences that are energetically expansive, relaxing, and safe.

Through stillness and surrender the true power of sound healing meditations can emerge. Allow Jayda to guide your towards deep relaxation, spiritual alignment, and physical restoration through the regeneration found by regulating your parasympathetic nervous system.

Workshops

New & Full Moon Ceremonies

Jayda has always had a life long fascination and innate understanding of the Moon’s energy. Regardless of one’s religion, lifestyle, or understanding of the energetics associated with our lunar cycle; a moon ceremony provides you an opportunity to continue the age old tradition of coming together under these distinct phases of the moon.

These ceremonies help us honor the natural cycles within and around us, while making space to connect, reflect and grow. Each ceremony is approximately two hours and provides an intimate relaxed setting to cultivate a deeper understanding of yourself and the cycles within and around you.

General Workshop Format

  • Opening / introductions (10 minuties)

  • Grounding Meditation (5 minutes)

  • Intention setting / journal session (10 minutes)

  • Breath work / Somatic movement (15 minutes)

  • Yin Yoga (20 minutes)

  • Sound Bath Savasana (45 minutes)

  • Closing ceremony / last remarks (15 minutes)

New Moon
This is a time that honors the dark side of the moon and the purity of deep empty darkness. New Moons create a powerful opportunity to cultivate new beginnings, reflection, and action as you begin a new cycle.

Full Moon
Allow the brightness of Full moon to remind you of the power and light within your own sacred heart. Full Moon’s create space for release, reflection, and relaxation as this heighten energetic time asks you to release what no longer serves you as you end a new cycle and begin anew.

Private Workshops

Invite Jayda to help you curate a private workshop that creates a sacred and high vibration opportunity to facilitate an experience celebrating whatever calls upon your heart.

These events can follow a similar format as the Full and New moon ceremonies listed above but can be completely catered and customizable to the groups expectations and needs. Private workshops are perfect for individuals or groups looking to come together for reflection and/ or celebration of any facet of life.

Private Workshops can be an isolated event, ranging from a minimum of 1 hour to an all day experience. Jayda also invites you to created a worksop into a series, with a container of 3 sessions over the course of one month and are perfect for those looking to focus on a larger theme in your life in an intentional way.
